lyrics
From the day that you were born
You've been swimming around in a pool of your own,
Swimming and watching the world pass by
On the other side of the glass
Why worry of what goes on?
You'll get your fish-food anyway.
You just swim back and forth,
But are you going anywhere?
The day you die, they'll take you up
With a green plastic net.
And you'll look as you've always done...
Dead.

I love the light and shade between Bryan's dirty and Emma's forlorn vocals. There are so many layers to this recording that are driven home through contrast. Plus the riffs are brilliant and get me moving. I can't stop listening to Thou and Emma in general lately. spaceman2250

Nirvana, for whatever reason, was my gateway to metal and heavy music in general. So this brings me full circle. The covers are really faithful but only as Thou can deliver it. rettisawesome
